How do I book?
Access to your vacation condo is provided via a secure digital keypad. You will receive your unique entrance code in your shore welcome kit 24 hours prior to check-in.
Use our search bar to browse properties based on your travel dates, preferred amenities, and the specific setup you need for your stay. Once you find an available property that works for you, simply submit a request to book.
You’ll be provided with instructions for paying the homeowner directly. Once your request is submitted, the homeowner will approve the booking and send your lease agreement directly to you.
Renting Wildwood connects renters with homeowners—we do not facilitate the rental transaction, receive or handle rental payments, or create, manage, or execute lease agreements. Your rental payment and lease agreement are handled directly between you and the property owner.

Is there a minimum rental period?
During peak Wildwood boardwalk season, many properties require a 3-night minimum, while a large portion require 7-night stays. However, each homeowner sets their own minimum and maximum stay requirements.
Looking for something shorter? It never hurts to ask! Owners may be more flexible, especially for last-minute openings.
Looking to stay longer? Full-summer and seasonal beach house rentals are also available upon request.
