This single family home includes private fenced in backyard perfect for relaxing and enjoying some afternoon cocktails!  Enjoy an outdoor shower(completely enclosed for privacy) after a long day at the beach.  Weber grill for all of your BBQ needs.   Trex deck, patio and fenced-in backyard for the kiddos to play.  We also have a water table and a playhouse to keep your little ones occupied.  Our home is a short stroll to the bay/canal area-a beautiful spot to watch the sunsets.  You can even catch the Friday Night Fireworks from out front!

3) upstairs very spacious with queen bed, couch that pulls out to a twin bed and large walk in closet

1.5 bath, full bath downstairs and half bath upstairs

plus enjoy a shower in the sun in our private outdoor shower 

Tankless water heater-so everyone gets a warm shower after the beach!!!

Location: Our home is on the quiet end of Maple Avenue, a few houses away from the bay/canal where there is a nice little park-a great spot to watch the beautiful sunsets.  You can also see the gorgeous sunsets from our backyard although there is no water view.  Maple Ave is centrally located right between two of Morey's Piers Amusement and water parks which are both only 4 blocks away.   Our home is about 7 blocks from the beach and from Wildwoods famous 2 mile boardwalk.  There is a parking permit for Wildwood available that allows you to park in metered spots along the beach, the boardwalk and the downtown shopping district along Pacific Ave where you can enjoy the shops, restaurants and many great events going on in Byrne Plaza including concerts, outdoor movies, farmers markets, fitness classes, etc.  Many people, especially those with small children or older parents, prefer this rather than staying at a home a few blocks from the beach.

MUST BE at least 26 years old to book.  No groups with members under the age of 26 years of age permitted unless parent makes reservation and is present at ALL times. No parties! ABSOLUTE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY of 8-10.  Please keep in mind that all children, including infants, count as occupants. Standard rates apply for up to 8 occupants, an additional fee for more than 8, including infants and children. No visitors. Only confirmed guests on the booking are permitted on property.  4 night minimum required during summer months to break up a full week. Otherwise, there is a 2 to 3 night minimum, depending on the number of nights still available.  Weekday rates during summer are from $325/night. Weekend rates are higher depending on dates and special events.  Please message me for more info prior to requesting a reservation.  Cleaning fee is $175.
