**We rent to families and mature adults over the age of 26. No prom or senior week rentals.

During the Peak Summer Season we rent on a Weekly Sunday to Sunday Basis. Early/ Late season our rental start with  a 3/4 night minimum.

Welcome to our Wildwood Beach house. 

We have an beautiful coastal colors 3 bedroom 2 full bath home waiting for you! Conveniently, located only 3.5 blocks to Wildwoods Famous Boardwalk and Beach.  

Beautifully decorated with Designer details throughout our home. 

 Luxury down filled William Sonoma /Pottery Barn Sofas to  sink into  after a long day at the beach. Or relax in our  Down Birch Lane queen sleeper ,hardwood floors, throughout,  custom tile, paint and bord and batten walll treatment in bathrooms, extra large kitchen featuring  stainless steel appliances and wraparound counter. 

The kitchen is stocked with all the conveniences you will need for your vacation. 

Refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, dishes,,cutlery, glasses Keurig  single cup coffee maker and regular coffee maker, pots and pans, griddle, toaster, crab pots and much more…

We are in an excellent location in the Heart of Wildwood and within blocks to so many of Wildwoods attractions.  

We are conveniently located on the East side in Heart of Wildwood. Great locations , only 3.5 blocks to the boardwalk and beach.
 Once you are parked you can basically walk to many of Wildwood attractions which are within blocks of our home.  ie.  Boardwalk, Waterparks, Farmers market, Byrne Plaza featuring live Free Concerts during the summer,  Wawa, Mack Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, Acme, Bagel Depot, Good Night Irene's, Old City Pub, Steve's Steaks, (Famous Philly Cheesesteak),  Rite Aide Pharmacy, Wildwood Bowling just one block over and not to mentions so many excellent restaurant's and shopping are so close.

**FIREWORKS!  You can see the Friday Night Fireworks(in season)  from our property. Or walk to the top of the street and hear the fireworks set to music.

*Free Parking for two/three cars in driveway.  Bonus, our street is meter free on our block.  Plenty of off street parking too. 

Our home has a  nice open floor plan  which is well lit with both natural and  recessed lighting.   The designer sofas are positioned for TV viewing on the 55" TV and  conversation.    The  Large open concept family room is perfect for kicking back after a tough day at the beach. The living room boast three large sofas and extra seating.  One of the sofas is  a Down Queen sleeper sofa. . 55" flat screen TV in the living room.

Three bedrooms have 32"Smart TV for streaming. 

Each bedroom closet is very large. The main bedroom closet is lighted for your convenience. 

There is a large set of steps leading  to the entrance to our second floor home.   You will have 

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed.

Bedroom #2 also has a queen bed. (Foldaway twin in closet)

Bedroom #3 top of the line Berg Bunk bed.  Full bottom, twin top. Also , a twin single bed. 

Living Room has a queen sleeper sofa. 

Bathroom #1  Crips white Custom tile floors and shower . Board and batten wall treatment. 

Bathroom # 2 Custom tile with nautical them border. 

 Parking for 2 cars.  If extra parking is needed there is plenty on our NON- metered street.  

This is our home and vacation spot. We take pride in our appearance and in the cleanliness of our property. 

  *Linens are Not Included.

Sheets needed: 3 Queens (2- bedrooms 1 sleeper sofa)

1 full or use Queen sheet for bottom  bunk  

2- Twin beds 

1- Twin pull out bed

*We include the coverlets pillows and extra blankets.

LINEN RENTAL AVAILABLE

Linen Rental Fee $100, which includes one set of sheets for all beds.  

Bath towels $25 for 12 bath towels, and 12 washcloths. 

3 Queens (2- bedrooms 1 sleeper sofa)

1 full or use Queen sheet for bottom  bunk  

2- Twin beds 

1- Twin pull out bed

**Please remember your Beach Towels.  They are not included. 

Please let me know if you will be adding the linens and towels when booking. 

We are located only 3  blocks to Wildwoods beautiful beach and boardwalk. Many of your seashore hot spots are within walking distance. You can park your car and never move it  for your entire vacation if you wish.  You can see the Fireworks from our home. 

Our home is on the second floor and there is a large set of steps which lead you to the entrance of our condo.  Outside there is a quaint deck with furniture. 

There is an outside shower to rinse off after a tough day at the beach.

BOOKING STEPS:

We require a $450 Refundable Security Deposit. to book your vacation. 

Payments are made via Venmo , Personal or Certified Checks

Cleaning fee is added to your final payment of $200 .

We send  a rental agreement to review, sign and return.  

PHOTO ID REQUIRED. 

Final Payment is required 30 Day prior to check in. 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Refundable Security is returned within 7 days of departure once all is checked for damage.
