This spacious unit has two bathrooms and two bedrooms, an open living room and kitchen area, a private balcony with a partial ocean view. The kitchen which includes a full size dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and oven, brew and Keurig coffee makers, a blender, and toaster. The living area has a full smart television and private wifi. The bedrooms each have a luggage racks and ceilings fans.
Recent upgrades include new queen sleeper sofa and second loveseat. There are four Polywood chairs on the balcony and two additional chairs. There is a new 50” tv.

Your reservation will be manually approved. Once approved, an invoice will be sent to you. If your check in date is less than 30 days away, the total will be due in full. If the date is more than 30 days away, a 50% deposit will be due and the balance 30 days prior to check in. A refundable security deposit of $300 is due at check in.
By staying at Champagne Island Resort, you get to enjoy the beautiful pool and deck at Tiki Topz located on the first floor. Pool passes are included in your room. The pool is open to the public for a $10 fee for any guests not staying at the resort. There are pool parties with entertainment on Saturdays and Sundays in the summer at Tiki Topz. Enjoy dining and live music at Flip Flopz or any of the other great establishments in the North Wildwood entertainment district.
Access to the building is available on Spruce Ave, with a door code to get into the lobby. A front desk clerk is available for part of the day. Each unit at Champagne Island is individually owned. The contact information for the owner is included in your confirmation email.
The property is free from pets and smoking. Renters must be over 25. We are a family friendly resort.
