The cost of professional cleaning upon departure will always be included in any quoted rental rate. Cleaning is never optional. Arrive to a spotlessly clean condominium, guaranteed!

CANCELLATION POLICIES: A refund is based on the amount of the re-rental of any/all of the previously reserved time. The more notice of your need to cancel, the better will be the chance for the largest refund, but I would work very hard on a re-rental for you, even with a last minute cancellation. I will not keep any of the money that I can recover for you, and cleaning fees would be refunded if not incurred.
