Rent this property by the full week for the best rates and the lowest price per night, but a three or four night 'Short Stay' (checking in any day of the week) is always considered from late August through late June. The cost of professional cleaning upon departure will always be included in any quoted weekly rental rate. Cleaning is never optional. Arrive to a spotlessly clean condominium, guaranteed!

PLEASE NOTE:  Posted rates do not include the $500.00 refundable security deposit, which is collected with your final balance, due 30 days prior to arrival.

PLEASE NOTE:  Cleaning upon departure is included in the quoted cost of all full week rentals.  Cleaning costs will be added onto any posted nightly rental rates.

PLEASE NOTE:  Rental rates assume occupancy of no more than 8 adults, or no more than up to 10 in all, counting and including all children and infants.

PLEASE NOTE:  Personal checks, Venmo, or Zelle are all accepted for payment.  I can take a credit or debit card through the PayPal system with an extra 3-4% PayPal fee.

CANCELLATION POLICIES: A refund is based on the amount of the re-rental of any/all of the previously reserved time. The more notice of your need to cancel, the better will be the chance for the largest refund, but I would work very hard on a re-rental for you, even with a last minute cancellation. 

This property is managed by Diane Herman, who will be the point of contact as well as the person providing the rental lease paperwork.  1/2 of the rent is due at the time of the reservation to hold and confirm the reservation.  The final balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival, along with the customary security deposit (fully refundable deposit).
