Other things to note:
- The unit is NOT Available to Groups or Persons Under the Age of Twenty-Five (25) unless Accompanied by a Parent or Guardian. -- We do not accept reservations for prom weekends or senior week. This policy is strictly enforced.
- Primary guest(s) Must Sign a Lease Agreement & Provide a Copy of a Government Issued ID. 
- NO smoking and NO pets. Security deposit will not be returned to address evidence of pets or smoking.
- Only bed linens are provided with this rental; guests must bring their own bath and beach towels. 
- We provide two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and a starter pack of dishwasher pods.
- Weekly rentals only during mid-June through August; Saturday to Saturday.
- Check-in @ 3 p.m.; Check-out @ 10 a.m.

- In addition to the weekly rental rate there is a $225 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable security deposit.
