Welcome to our little slice of heaven in the Crest!! Our 3 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom beach block condo offers you all the comforts of home. We comfortably sleep 8 with central air, fully equipped kitchen and 2-car assigned parking. Our condo sits on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building.

Our main floor is an open concept living/dining room, kitchen, half bath, washer/dryer and a deck off the living room. The 3 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and include a Master bedroom (Queen bed) with a master bathroom with a tub; 2nd bedroom with Twin over Full bunk beds, with a twin trundle; and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed. The 3 bedrooms have plenty of closet space. The hallway bathroom also has a tub. Living room and all bedrooms have Smart TV's. Wifi included.

We have an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Our beach access also has showers. 

We are 0.7 miles from the paved bike path, playground and splash pad. We are less than a mile from Centennial park that offers free live music and fireworks!

During summer months, we only do weekly rentals (Saturday 2pm-Saturday 10am), but after August we have a 4-night minimum.

Linens are NOT included.

Pets are NOT allowed.

No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes or recreational drug use in this unit.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this unit.

After receiving booking confirmation, lease agreement and down payment need to be done within 24 hours.

Payments: Venmo or Certified Check with tracking through USPS or UPS. Half of the rental agreement is due at lease signing and the final payment is due 60 days prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if cancellation is made 60 days or more before check-in; If you cancel within 59 days or less before check-in, you forfeit the full amount of your deposit unless we can rebook the dates.

Cleaning fee: $150

Pricing rates (plus cleaning fee):

June 2026:  $2200 weekly

July 2026:  $2500 weekly

August/September 2026:  $2200 weekly or $315 nightly (with a 4-night minimum)

October 2026:  $2000 weekly or $285 nightly (with a 4-night minimum)
