• For stays of less than one full week, a $250 cleaning/linen/towel fee will be added to the posted daily rates.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A refund is based on the amount of the re-rental of any or all of the previously reserved time. The more notice of your need to cancel, the better will be the chance for the largest recovery, but I would work very hard on a re-rental for you, even in the case of a last minute cancellation.
