PLEASE NOTE: A $500.00 refundable security deposit will be collected with all rentals, and is due with your final balance 30 days prior to your arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: Weekly stays include cleaning upon departure charges. For stays of less than one full week, a cleaning charge will be added to the posted nightly rates.

PLEASE NOTE: Personal checks, Venmo, or Zelle are accepted for payment. Credit card fees of 3-4% will be collected where applicable.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A refund is based on the amount of the re-rental of any or all of the previously reserved time. The more notice of your need to cancel, the better will be the chance for the largest recovery, but I would work very hard on a re-rental for you, even in the case of a last minute cancellation.
