Short walk/drive to Wildwood famous beaches, boardwalk, amusement parks and water parks.  100's of restaurant/bars/entertainment within walking distance or a short bike ride away.

***Sunday to Sunday availability only during peak summer season (End of June, July-August). 4 night minimum during off season.

This beautiful home offers 4 bedroom and 3.5 bathrooms.  The first floor features 1 bedroom (Queen bed) and a full bathroom, while the third floor boast a master bedroom (Queen) & full bathroom (shower) and a kid's room equipped with full bunk beds + trundle (single), + a 3rd Bedroom (Queen bed) & Full Hall Bathroom (tub/shower).  The house has living areas on both the first and second floors, providing plenty of space to relax.  The fully stocked kitchen comes with stainless steek appliances, including a dishwasher to meet all your cooking needs.  A washer and dryer are conveniently located on the first floor, and a bar area awaits your on the second floor for entertaining.  Step outside to the spacious rear deck, complete with lounge furniture, or take advantage of the large shared back yard and POOL AREA with patio furniture and grills.  The house is equipped with central air and WiFi, and TV's are available in every bedroom except the kid's room.  Linens, towels, and basic dish soap and dishwasher pods are provided.  

***All hosts areas are off limits, which includes locked closet.

***NO parties allowed at anytime.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.  No disruptive noises such as yelling or loud music.  Noise from inside the house should not be audible to neighbors.  Disrespectful, rude, unruly, or overly noisy bookings will be terminated without refund.

*** WE are not permitted to rent to Groups under the age of 25.
