This home is ideally located for your vacation only 3 blocks to the beach/boardwalk (Surfside and Morey's) and major events that are held on the beach, so you can maximize your 2 minute walk to WAWA on New Jersey Ave.

There is a large front porch and a backyard so you have the best of both Friday evening during the season Coca-Cola puts on the fireworks show, which is done in the middle of the 2 boardwalks, so if you did not feel like walking up to the boardwalk to watch them all you have to do is sit on our porch and watch in comfort right from there.

Logon to your favorite streaming entertainment providers including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Pandora and more or cast video from your mobile devices to these TVs. We also have high speed wireless internet so you can stay connected. Board /card games also included in house.


IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
Note: 1-The unit is NOT Available to Groups or Persons Under the Age of Twenty-Five (25). -- We DO NOT accept reservations for prom weekends or senior week. This policy is strictly enforced.

Note: 2-Linens,Towels & Beach Equipment are not provided : you must bring your own or you can rent them from the local companies in Wildwood who will drop them off & pick them up directly at the house. Our past guests have used Wildwood Rental Supply and Islands Best Inc. 

Note: 3-FIVE NIGHT MINIMUM between Mid June Thru end of August- Sunday to Sunday - Check-Out 11:00 am - Check In 3:00 pm 

THREE NIGHT RESERVATIONS MAY BE AVAILABLE IF THERE ARE A MAXIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS AVAILABLE BETWEEN THE ALREADY BOOKED RESERVATIONS. IF 4 NIGHTS OR MORE ARE STILL OPEN, WE WILL NOT ALLOW FOR A 3 NIGHT RENTAL.

Note:4- Refundable Damage Security Deposit $800.00 

Note:5- Cleaning Fee: $275.00

Payments Accepted:  Certified Bank Check

NO Smoking and NO Vaping inside home and NO pets. Security deposit will not be returned to address evidence of pets or smoking.

We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement for unlawful activity or policy violations with no refund.
