Guest access

Reserved parking for two cars under the building. Spaces are "piggy backed", one behind the other. Park ONLY in these spaces marked #106 for you. Additional free parking is available on all of the streets behind the building, further away from the ocean, where there are no parking meters.

Other things to note

Guest will bring (or rent) his own linens, bath/beach towels, paper products, personal products. Linen and/or towel rentals are available year round at several agencies on our island. The rental agency that is closest to our condo is Island's Best Rentals, located at 5701 New Jersey Ave., Wildwood Crest.  www.islandsbestrentals.com.   You will need 1 KING, 3 QUEEN (including the sofa sleeper), and 2 TWIN sheet sets to cover all the beds in the house.

Full week long rental price quotes include the cost of cleaning upon departure.   Nightly rates, where listed, are estimates.  They do not account for the difference between week nights (lower priced) or weekend nights (higher), or for the minimum number of nights, and may or may not include cleaning costs.  Please inquire with occupancy information for an exact price quote on your dates for less than a full week long stay.

PLEASE NOTE:  1/2 of the rent is due now to hold and confirm your reservation.  Your final balance will be due 30 days prior to your arrival, along with a $500.00 refundable security deposit (fully refundable after cleaning and inspection).   Your personal check or Venmo or Zelle are all accepted for payment.  Please advise how you prefer to pay.  I can also take a credit or debit card payment through the PayPal system with an additional 4% PayPal service fee.
