Wildwood Bay Breeze Retreat

Escape to our waterfront Bay Breeze Retreat in Wildwood! This family-friendly home comfortably sleeps 8 and offers a serene bayfront setting just minutes from the fun. Enjoy a game room with a pool table, kayaks, bikes, and stunning water views from multiple decks. It's the perfect quiet escape with direct bay access for swimming, fishing, and relaxing.

Three bedrooms: 

Bedroom 1: Queen bed and bathroom

Bedroom 2: Full bed 

Bedroom 3: Bunk Bed with twin on top, full on the bottom and a twin trundle bed

--Bedroom 2 and 3 share a hall bathroom

Bathroom 3 is located on the first floor with the pool table, fooseball table, darts, and kitchenette. 

Baby/Toddler supplies include a pack and play, high chair, sound machine, bath insert, baby gate, plates cups and utensils, books and baby monitor.

Outdoor amenities: Gas grill, kayaks, tubes, lounge chairs, dining table, patio furniture, kids sand box, crab traps, & bikes

Beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys

A signed rental agreement is due within 48 hours of booking. A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making your reservation. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days prior to arrival. For last minute or bookings under 30 days out, the entire amount is due within 7 days of booking or the day before check in, whichever happens sooner.

In lieu of a security deposit, Rental Damage Protection insurance of $70 will be added on for the stay.

A professional cleaning is completed after each guest leaves. Cleaning fee of $200 is added to each stay.

25 years and over for the primary renter. This is a family friendly rental. Renter MUST be staying on site.

*NO smoking cigarettes-pot-e-cigarettes or vaping inside the unit.

*NO proms-group events or senior week rentals or parties of any kind.

*You must be 25 to rent, we will ask to see a copy of your drivers license

*Please do not rent for anyone under 25

* No trespassing on neighboring properties including parking in their driveways

* We adhere to the City of Wildwood's quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am

CANCELLATIONS - RENTERS can only cancel their reservation in writing. If the RENTER cancels the reservation 30 days before the Check-in date full refund. If the RENTER cancels the reservation less than 30 days before the check in date, The OWNER will make every attempt to book another reservation for the same time period. If the Rental Property is re-booked at the same rate or greater, RENTER will receive a full refund of the amount paid minus a $200 service fee to re-list and rebook the property.
