Welcome to the Wildwoods! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 

3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condominium w/ Close Proximity to the Beach & Boardwalk! Can Sleep Up to 10 People. This Second-Floor Unit has Brand New Flooring & was Freshly Painted throughout the Main Living Space. An Open Concept Connects the Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, & Deck that Makes this Unit Perfect for Entertaining. Two Blocks to the Beach & the Boardwalk.

We want our guest to enjoy their stay.  Upon arrival, please check the unit for any issues and report immediately to the property manager, Lori.  Any issue will be addressed immediately as to make sure our guest stay is a good one. 

Each TV is a smart tv and remotes are provided.  Please make sure remotes are left by the tv upon departure.  

When you arrive at the unit, you will pull into the garage.  Inside the garage you will find a lock box containing a key for entry into the building.  To enter the unit, you will be provided a code for the unit door.  All necessary codes will be sent the morning of check in. 

Rental Rates & Fees:

• Nightly or weekly rate depending on days (please reference calendar for prices)

• $260 cleaning fee for turn-over and laundry of the linens (one-time)

• $100 administrative fee for processing booking (required)
