Welcome to our Beach House. This sunlit condo is perfect for getaways. It is centrally located in Wildwood, only a few minutes' walk to the boardwalk attractions and beach. This condo has it all! With two outside decks for morning coffee and reading, a fireplace, a NEST thermostat, a washer and dryer, WIFI, four smart TVs, and 2 car garage with extra driveway space. The heated pool, hot tub, and grill can be accessed through the garage for privacy.

Cleaning Fee – $220

Refundable Security Deposit – Renters Insurance Coverage: $70 (covers up to $3000 in damages)

Bedroom Details – Bedroom 1: Queen, Bedroom 2: Queen, Bedroom 3: Two Sets of Bunk Beds w/ Turndle, Living Room: Pull-out Sofa

Nightly Minimums – Summer (June 15 - Labor Day): 7-night minimum, Off-Season 3-night minimum, Winter Rental availability as well!

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: Cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in.

Final Payment Due: The remaining balance should be paid in full at 60 days prior to check-in.

59 Days or Less: If the renter cancels within 59 days of check-in, they forfeit the full amount unless you are able to rebook their dates.

Signed Lease Agreement and down payment via Venmo (3% fee for credit card transactions) required within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
