Located steps from the beach, walking distance to the boardwalk as well as the North Wildwood nightlife, this condo is perfectly situated for any lifestyle! We are located on the top floor of the Regency Tower Condominiums on 5th Street in North Wildwood.
Find yourself to be an early bird? Make your way to the beautifully updated kitchen and make yourself coffee or espresso before your early morning walk on the sea wall across the street to watch the sunrise. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies you will need during your stay, including non-stick pans, a coffee maker, espresso machine and all utensils. There is a water cooler with cold and hot water features, as well as a keurig option. There is enough room for 7 people to sit and eat comfortably at the table and counter top.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The leather sectional sofa in the living room area has a pull out full size bed. This condo can sleep 7 people comfortably! There are flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms with Roku access to many apps you can log into. The kids will enjoy an Xbox 360 game system in their bedroom as well as a few toys and board games to keep busy if you find yourself stuck inside on a rainy day. We also have free Wifi for your use.
The modern bathroom has a shower with a pebble stone floor, full glass shower door and raindrop shower head. So relaxing!
Being so close to the beach you won't have to lug all of your beach chairs for blocks or even have to find parking! We offer one spot for our guests in the Regency parking lot during their stay. If you find yourself not in the mood for a beach day, just make your way down to the second floor pool deck where you will find an adequate sized pool along with an abundance of lounge chairs and picnic tables for your use.
Nightlife is what you make of it! You will be walking distance to the North Wildwood bars and restaurants on Old New Jersey Ave. Put the kids in the wagon or stroller and walk along the beach to the world famous Wildwood Boardwalk where they can enjoy many rides and activities! Unwind on the balcony as you watch the sunset and the Friday night fireworks in the comfort of your own condo with a glass of wine and no worries of the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk crowds!
During your stay you will have access to all of the amenities the Regency has to offer including the pool and pool deck, on-site coin operated laundry machines, grills and vending machines.
For summer bookings, we book Saturday-Saturday from June thru August $500 security deposit taken at booking. Will be returned upon check out, provided there are no damages 3 payments will be split up over the months leading up to the summer.
