Off Season Rental is available from Oct 1 to April 30th $1,500 included is 2 parking spots, internet, cable, hot water and fully furnished.. Renter pays heat and electric.

Experience the sun and surf of the New Jersey coast at this lovely vacation rental. With access to Wildwood Crest Beach just outside the front door, this 2 bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is the perfect sun-soaked escape. In the evenings, end things on a high note with a dip in the heated pool and a meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen.

You must be 25 yrs to book this all season condo.  

Please note the following are not provided. Bed Linens, blankets, towels and personal items (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash etc)  1 paper towel and 4 toilet paper are provided along with sponge and dish soap.

For seasonal rentals 3 night min. May to Sept.

Cleaning Fee is $160 and a refundable security deposit of $300 is required for booking.. Payment type is Zelle.
